On April 30th, a master class was held at the Ganja Mall by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (AJF) with the participation of experienced judo specialists. During the master class, information was provided to the public about the philosophy of judo and its role in the spiritual and physical education of children and youth.
Natiq Bagirov, advisor to the president of the AJF, invited everyone to participate in master classes. He stated that the main goal of implementing such projects is to increase the number of children and young people involved in sports and to promote the sport of judo.
During the master class, various judo techniques were demonstrated to children and youth, and then those who showed an interest in practical judo techniques were invited to the mat to try different techniques.
Information was provided about the European Cup tournament dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of national leader Heydar Aliyev, which will be held on May 6-7 among youth in Goygol, and participants were invited to participate in the tournament.
Later, trivia games were organized for the participants, with various questions related to the sport of judo, and those who answered correctly were presented with gifts.
